All Chamonix products are vintage and/or antique. Our products are worn in nature and may contain imperfections, and/or signs of wear which gives each item its one-of-a-kind appeal and therefore cannot be considered defective. Photos are taken in natural light with no filters.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, as such returns on domestic orders are accepted within seven (7) days of receipt of item. The customer is liable for all fees to properly pack and ship product back to Chamonix. Once item is received by Chamonix in the same condition as it was shipped a refund will be issued less a $450 re-stocking fee. Customer must contact Chamonix within the seven (7) day return window, returns will not be accepted after the seven day window ends.
