In 2018 we purchased an unfinished tiny house on wheels on craigslist for $3000. We brought it from a shell to a fully functioning tiny house with a kitchen, loft bed and full bathroom including a hot shower and incinerator toilet in 3 months. We rented the cabin on Airbnb for several years before selling it in the Summer of 2021. For more photos check out @tiny_black_cabin on instagram.
